Top acts compete at the Grand Finale during the Synergy event. Judged by the AGT panel, the winner is crowned Synergy Champion - the most coveted non-ACE award of the event.

Our Shark Tank — but with AIT DNA. Form a team of 3–5, identify a real problem or opportunity at AIT Global, build your solution, and pitch it to our executive panel on the night. You have 5 minutes to present and 5 minutes for ruthless Q&A. The winning idea receives real funding and implementation support from leadership. Ideas that ascend are ideas that change things.

The Synergy Ramp Walk transforms our grand venue into a fashion runway. Dress in the theme, walk with purpose, and command the show. Open to individuals and pairs. Judged on style, confidence, and stage presence. Theme will be revealed in May 2026. This isn't just a walk - it's a style statement.
